The Nebraska Hazardous Materials Association needs you to become a member.
The goal of the association is to help provide members with knowledge, skills and resources to deal with hazardous materials.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Nebraska Hazardous Materials Association (NHMA) draws upon the experience and expertise available from the public, industry, emergency response and regulatory agencies involved in the manufacturing, storage, transportation, disposal and public safety activities associated with hazardous materials. The NHMA is committed to providing opportunities for these groups and individuals to exchange information and share experiences in an open and amiable form for the benefit of all.

NHMA TRAINING 2009
One of the primary purposes of the Nebraska Haz Mat Association is to provide training opportunities to its members, first responders and others involved in hazardous materials response throughout the area.
To accomplish this end, we will be providing quarterly training opportunities at various locations throughout the state. See the NHMA training Events page for more details

June 2009 - Alliance - Hosted by the Alliance Fire Department
September 2009 - Ogallala - Hosted by the Ogallala Volunteer Fire Department
December 2009 – Lincoln - Hosted by Southeast Community College

MEMBERSHIP
Memberships to the Nebraska Haz Mat Association include: NHMA e-Newsletter and discounts to all NHMA seminars, workshops and conferences. Charter members will receive an official NHMA T-shirt.
Individual membership: shall have voting privileges and be able to hold office within the association.
